SANDRA THOPMSON: "NO HOT WATER TO THE RESIDENTS, OF THE MOSHAV NOAM COOP, FOR FOUR DAYS".

IT IS ALSO A MUNICIPAL LICENSING STANDARDS PROBLEM, FOR ALLOWING HER, TO RENEGED, ON HER DUTIES, TO THE BUILDING.

THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW WITHOUT ANY HOT WATER.

SHE IS ALSO A DANGER TO THE RESIDENTS, OF THE BUILDING, THAT SHOULD ALSO NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY, CARRYING OUT ACTS OF VIOLENCE, AGAINST SOME OF THEM.

Since Friday, March 23, 2012, the residents of the Moshav Noam Coop, has been without any hot water and the on site manager, Sandra Thompson, has also told them, that, they will be without any hot water, for the next four days, or until Monday March 26, 2012. From Friday afternoon, until Monday, the residents are expected to be without hot water at the building, and during this time also, she has claimed that she will also be "monitoring" the situation, according to what was relayed to some residents, like myself, by the MLS on call staff, Rino Cipolletta, who has also been aware of the problem, with the hot water and has taken no actions on his part, to get this woman to fix it.

She has claimed, that it is because the contractor, has not received the parts, to fix the boiler, until Monday. However, since learning about the problem, early on Friday, she has also done nothing to alleviate it and unbelievably, she also has the cooperation, of the Municipal Licensing Standards supervisor, Rino Cipolletta, who is on call for the week end, and also backing her actions. The problem is further complicated, since there is also no superintendent, at the building, full time and the part time superintendent, also left on Friday, without addressing the problem, after also being made aware of it and the residents has been left on their own, to deal with the problem.

Strangely, the hot water came back on, briefly, during the early hours of Saturday, at least in my unit and just as quickely, went back down to being freezing cold again, for the rest of the day. It is also curious that this also happened, after I had spoken to Rino Cipolletta, about the hot water coming back on briefly and without the so called repacement parts to the boiler being "fixed" by the contractor. This has also led me to believe that the hot water situation is also being manipulated by Sandra Thompson, who works onsite at the property and this is only just one of the many accusations, that has been pointed at her. The others are even more devious in nature. It has included the following:

Targeting certain residents, of the building, who has some kind of disability, whether physical, or mental and also subjecting them to harassment, regularly. One such resident has told me, that after a neighbour had died in the unit above her, she was subjected to noises coming from the unit, including the dragging of chairs and other noises. When she approached Sandra Thompson about the problem, she has told her, that she is "hearing a ghost". This action has also continued, with other residents, including a mentally unstable, black male resident, who was later evicted by her and for trying to deal on his own, with the problem of the daily harassment, against him.

There are also charges of racism, against her boss, Lisa Lipowitz, by some of the residents, as well. Together, these two employees, of the private company, that runs the Coop, has carried out all kinds of violence, against some of the residents. And even more serious charges has been laid against the two of them, including fraud and wasteful spending, in regards to the management of the coop.

The two of them has regularly hired, private contractors, also, for frequent and unnecessary jobs, to the building. Including the current one, Housing Services Inc. which is also supposed to act for them, on an emergency basis and who has since Friday, has told residents like myself, that Sandra Thompson has told them, not to come to the building, to fix the hot water problem, because she is already on site, with another contractor, to deal with it, according to Jonnelle, an employee, with HSI. This has not been backed up either, as residents, saw no contractors, at the building, to address the problem.

In the meantime, the lack of hot water to the building, has also caused a major inconvenience, to the residents, and this is also to be blamed, directly, on the actions, of Sandra Thompson and also the MLS staff, Rino Cipolletta, who has also, deliberately, chosen not to act, for the residents of the building, claiming also that he has no other staff available for the weekend, to send to address the situation, at the building and that it must also wait until Monday.

The residents also planned, to take up the matter further, with the city of Toronto, over this lack of service, on their part. Putting the blame also, on the Municipal Licensing Standards, for failing to taken any actions, to ensure, that there was hot water, delivered to the building, by the property manager, Sandra Thompson.
