CANADA, AS A HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDER?. THINK AGAIN!.

HOW CLEVER IT IS, TO HAVE COMMITTED MASS GENOCIDE, ON AN
UNPRECEDENTAL LEVEL AND TO GET AWAY WITH YOUR ACTIONS?

THIS, UNFORTUNATELY, IS ALSO THE STORY OF CANADA. IT WAS NEITHER A HAVEN FOR THE SLAVES, NOR FOR THE OBORIGINAL PEOPLE, OF THIS LAND. IT WAS FORMERLY, A SLAVE COLONNY, AND THEN AS NOW, IT STILL CARRIES HUMAN RIGHTS ATTROCITIES.  MANY OF WHICH IT HAS ALSO, STILL, TRIED TO HIDE FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD.

I intend to see that the Canadian government, is tried before the International Criminal Court, for committing crimes against humanity. Not just in regards to individual cases, like mine, but also in regards to its previous acts of committing genocide, against the aboriginal people of this country. The First Nations People. Efforts are already underway, by Canada's First Nations People, to see this action also become a reality. Beginning, with the unprecedented move, to establish a human rights court, The International Tribunal Into Crimes of Church and State, to deal with the acts of genocide, that has been committed by Canada, against the aboriginal people.

This writer has also still endured, even today, torture at the hands of the Canadian government.  And the silence of the international agencies, such as the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, in regards to Canada's complicity, in carrying out torture, is also a crime.  A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. It is a government, that is also built on corruption. From the top to the bottom. Whatever the real agenda, is, of the organizers of the "March Against Corruption' in Toronto, on March 1, 2014, we should all participate if we can, to end corruption in this country.

My recent videos, on some local Toronto officials and their involvement, in corruption, has of course
brought about some backlash against me. Nevertheless, I will also continue to expose them here, on this blog, despite their efforts to carry out further human rights abuse against me, including both
phychological and physical torture and other forms of human rights abuse.

On March 1, 2014, there will be a rally in Toronto, against Steven Harper and the Canadian government, in regards to its corruption and blatant human rights abuse. Regardless of the movtives behind the organizers, whether for political, or social gain (and that is usually the case), or not, we should all support this march for democracy.

FEBRUARY IS BLACK HISTORY MONTH. ON THIS BLOG, I WILL BE CELEBRATING, BLACK POETS, LIKE MYSELF, WHO HAS TRIED TO PRESERVED OUR HISTORY, THROUGH THE SPOKEN WORD.

In Recognition Of Black Poets And  Their Contributions To Black History.
The Poems, 'On Africa' (The Diaspora), 'Speak!' and 'Black Love', are from the book, 'Whispers of the Wind', by this author.

                                                              On  Africa (The Diaspora)
Out of the dark soil of Africa
                                              we came
with our babies and with our songs
                                              we came
                                              in ships without number
                                              we came
                                              from giants who now slumber
                                              we came
                                              trusting like fools
                                              we came
                                              stolen and shackled
                                              we came
                                              betrayed by our brothers
                                              we came
we were theirs for the taking
                                              we came
we came with gold in our ears, and
with jewelled feet (though it looked like iron shackles)
                                              we came
walking proudly, standing tall and fierce
                                              we came
each step unsure, unsteady, each moment in doubt, still
                                              we came
                                              by the millions
                                              we came
some of us were drowned, but
                                              we came
                                              fighting, still
                                              we came
to unknown lands, far from our home
                                              we came
with strange and new customs that govern us
                                              we came
we stood tall, erect and proud, never bowing down
                                              in the face of adversity
                                              we came
we took our place in history, nothing new!
                                              we came
we were there long before, standing beside the
                                              brave ones,
we came as the proud ones, the beautiful people
                                              who did not bowed down
                                              we came
our grandmothers too came, with stories from old,
                                              from Africa
they told us about Anansi, the spider and trickster
                                              and other tales
                                              we came
we learned to be like Anansi, the trickster
                                              we came
they came to teach the young ones of their past,
not as the present looked to them
they were not slaves, but mothers and wives and
                                              sisters, even queens and kings
                                              they came
entire royal families came, their heritage lost forever
                                              because they came
all of this, so that the other could gain
                                              we came
but if we remember our past, we would not think
that it is okay, to be a slave
the black slave today, is in mental slavery
our brothers in Africa, are greedy and selfish
                                              (nothing’s change)
we cannot blame the white man any longer
if he thought that you were stupid
when did you prove him wrong?

All men are created the same in the eyes of god.

                                                          Speak!

                                                        they say
                                                        that
                                                        I
                                                        should not
                                                        speak
                                                        or else,
                                                        they
                                                        shall cut out my
                                                        tongue and set the
                                                        dogs on me, or
                                                        lock me
                                                        up
                                                        but I
                                                        must  speak
                                                        for the tongue
                                                        has its own
                                                        rhythm
                                                        mine said
                                                        tell them what
                                                        you saw and heard
                                                        leave it upon stones
                                                        for the people
                                                        to judge
                                                        I
                                                       don’t argue
                                                       with my tongue
                                                        for my life
                                                        depends on
                                                        it

                                                         Black Love

                                           Fearless, passionate, original
                                           and quite frankly awesome
                                           intellectual, intimidating and
                                           oh yes! captivating
it is fearless as an eagle seeking its prey
it is gold dipped in chocolate, or
chocolate covered in gold, so I am told
fresh and new, like a bowl of cherries
though it is passed down through many generations
it is still sweet and delicious, like the pomegranate
                                           only more delicious
as tempting as the strongest wine
that goes down smoothly, and which
leaves stains upon one's lips, after
they have drunk, or tasted of it
the most delicious fruit, which also grows
in our own soil and which is nourished
by our laughter and our tears
it is as bold as the lion and as rich as
the gold mines of South Africa
it is all of this and more
it is the sweet smell of our mammy's bosom
and the richness of our papa's sweet body (after
                                           a hard day of labour)
that have legs made of iron and covered in bronze
and knees made of candy cane and arms
so big and strong, they can cut down any tree
it is our grandmother's laughter, full of years
of wisdom, which makes one both merry
and sad at the same time, even mad, mad as hell
it is the sweat, blood and tears of our people
mothers and fathers, whose backs are bent low
from heavy labour, but not broken
it is the laughter of our babies
on our backs, though their bellies
                                           be only half full
see Africa crying for her children lord
it is the swing of our hips and the
                                           rhythm of our walk
it is the voluptuousness, of our figure and
our rambunctious nature (we are a reckless
                                           people, so stand back)
it is our mindfulness of our past, filled with
                                           glorious achievements and our knowledge
of the future, filled with wonderful, yet undefined
                                           things, most awe inspiring
it is the present, not conforming, yet confirming
you have had to be there, to understand
what black love is, for black love
                                           is the people themselves

IT IS ALWAYS A DANGEROUS THING, TO EXPOSED, CORRUPTION AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE, BY A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.

POLICE AGENT PROVOCATEUR, IS ALSO BELIEVED, TO BE BEHIND THE CHARGE.

THE TORONTO POLICE 14 DIVISION, HAS REFUSED TO RELEASE AND HAS ALSO DENIED, THAT THERE IS A VIDEO, THAT SHOWS A PRISONER IN A CELL, AT THE POLICE STATION.  SOMETHING WHICH IS ALSO  A STANDARD PROCEDURE.  THE VIDEO IS ALSO NECESSARY, TO SHOW THAT THE POLICE, HAS ALSO LIED IN THEIR REPORT, ABOUT THE 'ALLEGED' LEGAL AID LAWYER, THAT THEY HAD ALSO PROVIDED, ON THE TELEPHONE, AT THE STATION,  TO THE PRISONER.

THIS LEGAL AID LAWYER, WHO HAD ALSO TOLD THE PRISONER, ALLEGEDLY, "DO NOT GIVE YOUR DNA TO THE POLICE" AND "DON'T LET THE POLICE TAKE AN HAIR SAMPLE", WHILE ON THE TELEPHONE  WITH THE PRISONER, AT THE POLICE STATION, IN FEBRUARY OF 2013.  WHICH WAS ALL  RECORDED, ON THE VIDEO CAMERA, THAT WAS ALSO HANGING FROM THE CEILING.  THE SIMPLE QUESTION IS THIS? WHICH LEGAL AID LAWYER, WHO IS ALSO CURRENTLY PRACTICING IN ONTARIO,  DO NOT ALSO KNOW, THAT, THE POLICE WOULD ALSO NEED A COURT ORDER, TO TAKE EITHER A DNA, OR A HAIR SAMPLE, FROM A PRISONER?.  THE POLICE DO NOT HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY, TO ARBITRARILY TAKE  A PERSON'S BLOOD AND HAIR SAMPLES, WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE COURT.

HOURS LATER, AFTER BEING RELEASED AT THE STATION, THE POLICE WAS ALSO ASKED BY THE ACCUSED, ABOUT THE 'ALLEGED' LEGAL AID LAWYER, AND TO WHICH SHE ALSO GOT THE FOLLOWING RESPONSE, FROM THE POLICE, "I THOUGHT YOU SAID THAT YOU WERE GOING TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN LAWYER".  SO THEN WHO THE HELL WAS SHE TALKING TO, ON THE TELEPHONE
AND WHO THE POLICE ALSO CLAIMED WAS A LEGAL AID LAWYER?.

THE ACCUSED IN THIS CASE, IS ALLEGING, THAT THE POLICE THEMSELVES, HAD ALSO PRETENDED TO BE A 'LEGAL AID LAWYER', ON THE TELEPHONE WITH THE ACCUSED, IN ORDER TO GET MORE INFORMATION, OUT OF HER, TO USE AGAINST HER.  AND THAT IS WHY THEY WERE, ALSO, LATER SURPRISED, WHEN SHE ALSO ASKED FOR THE NAME OF THE 'ALLEGED' LEGAL AID LAWYER, THAT SHE HAD ALSO SPOKEN TO, ON THE TELEPHONE, AND WHILE AT THE POLICE STATION.  AN INCIDENT THAT WAS ALSO RECORDED.

NOW THE TORONTO POLICE 14 DIVISION, AS WELL AS THE CROWN ATTORNEY, ARE ALSO SAYING THAT NO SUCH VIDEO EXIST.  THEY ALSO WANT TO RUSH TO A TRIAL, WITHOUT THIS DISCLOSURE BEING PROVIDED BY THE POLICE.  NEVER MIND, THAT, THE POLICE HAD ALSO TAKEN MONTHS, TO PRODUCE THE OTHER EVIDENCE, THAT WAS ALSO REQUESTED FROM THEM, BY THE ACCUSED.  A DELAY, WHICH SHOULD ALSO GO AGAINST, BOTH THE POLICE AND THE CROWN ATTORNEY.  BUT NOT WHEN YOU ARE ALSO DEALING WITH A COURT, THAT IS ALSO ALREADY BIAS, AGAINST THE ACCUSED.

IMAGINE GOING BEFORE A COURT AND ITS JUDGES, OR JUSTICES OF THE PEACE, FOR THAT MATTER, THAT YOU HAVE ALSO BEEN REPORTING ON, ABOUT THEIR CORRUPTION, IN THE MEDIA?  THOSE VERY SAME JUDGES, WHO HAD ALSO REFUSED, TO FILE ANY CHARGES AGAINST THE POLICE, PREVIOUSLY, BY THE SAME PERSON NOW BEING ACCUSED.

AND IMAGINE AS  WELL, HOW THEY HAVE ALSO CONVENIENTLY, OVERLOOKED, THE ACTIONS OF THE POLICE AND THE CROWN, IN FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURES OF THE COURT, IN THIS CASE?.

The general rule of the court, is not to discuss matters, that are also before the court.  Well, this can also be changed, when that very court, is also acting corruptly.  And when the lives of the people who
are also before the court, is also damaged in some way, by the court's actions. And in the interest of human rights everywhere, I will also exposed here, the actions of the Canadian court, in regards to trying to set me up and to also silence me.  This of course involved the actions of the police as well.

Let's go back to 2013 and the charge of assault that was also levied against me, by someone who I also believed, was acting as a police agent provocateur and an informer for the Toronto police. The complainant also claimed in the report, that there are also no other witnesses, besides herself and the person that she is also accusing. There are also questions about her legal status in Canada, as well.  In fact, the name that is used in the police record about her, also do not match the name that she is also known, by those who are close to her, including her family and others who are also privy to that information.  I had also previously exposed her, on this blog, along with Hughes Idholo, the man who had also threatened to kill my animal and in that case, who the police had also changed the name of the accused, in order to protect him. He is also believed to have also acted as an agent provocateur and informer, for the police. His case at that court, the Old City Hall courthouse, in Toronto, also never went to trial, thanks to the interference of both the police and the crown attorney, at that court.
And in that same case, also, the police did not provided the 911 tape, of his statements, that were also caught on the 911 tape, to the court. the crown attorney, just simply withdrew the matter, rather than to provide this evidence, to the court.

If you think that the Canadian court, is also not capable of conducting secret trials, or of deleting evidence that is also necessary, in order to protect the person being accused, then you should also think again?  It happens all of the time.  What it also does not get is a lot of exposure, like I am doing here.  I will also not willingly lay my head down to be chopped off. I will always fight for my rights.

Toronto police 14 division, please provide the video and also the tape recording, of this 'alleged' legal aid lawyer, that you've also claimed that you have provided. I dare you to do so and let the court also act upon this evidence.  Stop withholding evidence, that is also necessary, for the preservation of justice.  But of course you will not.
