POWER AND GREED OVER SAFETY: THE CITY OF BRAMPTON BASEMENT APARTMENTS.

DON'T HAVE A PERMIT?. DO YOU NEED ONE FROM THE CITY? NEVER MIND THAT, WHEN THERE ARE OTHER WAYS, TO GET AROUND THE SYSTEM.  BESIDES, WHO WANTS TO PAY A  $7,000.00 FEE, TO GET AN APPROVAL, WHEN YOU DO NOT REALLY HAVE TO BOTHER WITH IT, RIGHT? 

Here are the city's specific guidelines concerning second units, or basement apartments, also referred to as 'nanny suites, 'granny flats', or accessory apartments.  And surprisingly, most also do not know that such an apartment, do not have to be situated in a basement, as such. But for the purpose of this article, I am taking about the ones which does.

CANADA, TO AFRICAN GAY ACTIVISTS:  "KEEP OUT".  IT IS THE SAME RESPONSE, FOR GAYS, FROM THE CARIBBEAN AND CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA.

PERSECUTED UGANDAN GAY ACTIVISTS, 
FOUND OUT THAT CANADA, WAS ALSO 
UNSYMPATHETIC, TO THEIR CAUSE, BACK HOME.

THE UGLY TRUTH ABOUT RACISM IN CANADA:

In one of the worst demonstrations, in the disregard for human rights, Canada has openly denied the Ugandan gay activists, from entering into Canada, for the annual Pride Festivities AND FOR NO OTHER REASONS, THAN THE FACT THAT THEY ARE BLACK AND MIGHT ALSO OVERSTAY THEIR VISIT.

This was a blow to the persecuted and disenfranchise group.  Not only was this their only opportunity, to openly celebrate their belief, and to also have a reprieve from the daily persecution, that they also face from the Ugandan government, but it was also the first opportunity for the men and women, to be openly associated with others gay activists, without the fear of being killed outright on the spot, by their fellow Uganda…
