CANADA'S FORMER ROLE, WITH THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, WILL NOT PROTECT IT, FROM FACING CHARGES, OVER ITS ACTIONS, IN COMMITTING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY. INCLUDING, ITS PAST ROLE OF HAVING, A CANADIAN JUDGE, AS THE FORMER PRESIDENT, OF THE I.C.C.A TORONTO JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, LENA CRAWFORD, WILL FACE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, BEFORE THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT, OVER HER CORRUPTION, IN HOW SHE HAS DISPENSE WITH JUSTICE, IN A CASE INVOLVING HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST, VALERIE GUILLAUME. THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, THREW OUT A CRIMINAL CHARGE OF ASSAULT, AGAINST AN ACCUSED, WHO WAS ALSO ALLEGED, TO HAVE COMMITTED AN ASSAULT, ON THE BLOGGER. JUSTICE OF THE PEACE LENA CRAWFORD, THREW OUT THE CHARGE, CLAIMING THAT IT WAS "AN ERROR ON THE PART OF THE COURT", BEFORE THE MATTER COULD REACH A TRIAL. AND AFTER ANOTHER JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, HAD HEARD HOURS OF TESTIMONY, AGAINST THE ACCUSED AND HAD THEN DECIDED TO PROCEED WITH THE CRIMINAL CHARGE. The criminal intent on the part of Justice of the Peace, Lena Crawford, was to deliberately interfere, with the rights of the victim in this case, by acting in a conspiracy, to block the charge against the accused, from proceeding in the court. At no time at all did she consider, either, her responsibility before the court, in a legal proceeding. To act in a fair manner and to uphold the Charter of Rights and Freedom, in regards to the victim. She instead acted to devoid the victim, Valerie Guillaume, of those rights and to commit a crime in the process, by also acting coruptly. In essence, she has reverse the role of the court in its previous decision, to proceed with the charge and also without having the jurisdiction to do so.  |

| Valerie Guillaume, Blogger and Human Rights Activist. Taking the Canadian State, before the International Criminal Court, will be an uphill battle. And having any individuals of that State who has also committed any act, under international law, particularly, those under the Rome Statute, will also prove to be difficult. But it is an action that I am also ready to face, in the pursuit of justice. For the longest while this government has told me time and time again, through its actions, that it does not regard my rights as a human being, and worse, that it can also do whatever it want in the face of international laws, to also deprive me of my right to life and liberty. It has also carried out torture against me, contrary to Article 5, of the Rome Statute, which it has so hypocritically helped to established and yet have also done everything against it, in regards to the people living in that country. From abusing the Aboriginal People's rights, to those of other marginalized groups, it has committed all of those acts, which it has also ratified with the International Criminal Court. And now its also want to get complete immunity from prosecution, for committing those crimes!. The recent action of one of its courts, the Old City Hall Court, in Toronto and also by the Justice of the Peace Lena Crawford, will also prove to be one of the easiest cases to prosecute, under the right circumstances, against that State and also against the individuals being prosecuted on behalf of Canada, before the International Criminal Court. And under the grounds of committing Crimes Against Humanity, against me personally, that is also how the case against them will also proceed, in the I.C.C. And no amount of influence from the Canadian government can also stop this process from taking place. The Rome Statute has provided victims with more than ample protection, in pursuing their cases, including the protection that are provided under Articles 68(1) and 43(6), both of which I am also entitled to have, in proceeding with my case against Canada and its government officials and police. Ms. Fatou Bansouda, the head of the Office of the Prosecutor, with the International Criminal Court, will also have no choice, in proceeding with this matter before the court. Whether she wants to or not. I will demand and also expect to have the protection of the I.C.C. And the court cannot go back on its own principles. The case is also stronger against some of the accused, than others. And Justice of the Peace Lena Crawford, also provide one of the strongest and clearest case, to prove before the court, that she has also committed those acts against me, which are also expressively forbidden by the court. And which in this case would also constitute an act in regards to committing the act of Crimes Against Humanity. |
