THE CORRUPTION OF TORONTO POLICE 11 DIVISION. WHEN THE POLICE POSED A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC.

HOW THE TORONTO 11 DIVISION POLICE, HAS ATTEMPTED TO FRAME ME UP, ON NOVEMBER 13,2015.

IF THERE WERE ANY DOUBTS, ABOUT THE TORONTO POLICE 11 DIVISION'S, CONFLICT  OF INTEREST RELATIONSHIP, WITH THOSE TWO PRIVATE LANDLORDS, THOSE DOUBTS ALSO DISSIPITATED, WITH THE POLICE ACTIONS, CONCERNING THEM, ON THE NIGHT OF NOVEMBER 13, 2015.

IT IS TIME THAT THE PUBLIC, BECOME AWARE, OF THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS, BETWEEN THE TORONTO POLICE AND ABUL BASHAR AND SHAMSUN BASHAR. SOME OF THOSE ACTIONS, ALSO INCLUDE, THE 11 DIVISION POLICE, THREATENING THIS WRITER, FOR EXPOSING, THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF THE BASHARS, REGARDING THEIR PROPERTY.
IT ALSO INCLUDE, THE TORONTO POLICE, ALSO ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR, THAT THIS WRITER HAS ALSO WITNESSED, WITH THE TWO PRIVATE CITIZENS. AND OVER THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS, THIS WRITER HAS ALSO WITNESSED, NUMEROUS SITUATIONS BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THE BASHARS THAT CAN ONLY BE REGARDED, AS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, ON THE PART OF THE POLICE.

THIS WRITER ALSO BELIEVE, THAT BOTH ABUL BASHAR AND SHAMSUN BASHAR, ARE ALSO WORKING, FOR THE TORONTO POLICE AND OTHER AGENCIES, OF THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT, IN THE CAPACITY AS AGENT PROVOCATEURS, AGAINST THIS BLOGGER AND HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST.

This has also posed a significent danger, to me as a Blogger and Human Rights Activist, exposing that country's human rights abuse.

Let me start off by saying that the police knew that I would be writing this article. I told them so, after they had attended my home several times tonight,  and after my landlords, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar, has been turning off my hydro repeatedly, for the last several hours. Each time that they also attended the property, the police turned the power back on themselves, after obtaining the key, to the utility box, from the landlords.  Right after the police has left, the power would then go right back off. Yet, the police also claimed that they had also cautioned them, about disrupting the power to my apartment. 

It appears that the Bashars and also the Toronto Police 11 Division, were also attempting to frame me up, by the Bashars' actions to disrupt my power, repeatedly, which also did not affect them, or any of their other tenants in the building. The police also pretends to cautioned them. So then why did they turn the power off right after the police left?. And this action also went on several times during the night, so that I had to inform the police, when I also spoke with a staff sergeant, at the Toronto 11 Division Police, that it also seem a little odd, that the police can claim to caution someone and they also go right back to doing, the very thing that they were also cautioned about.

The Bashars modus operandi, would be to accused me of causing an overload, on their electrical sytstem, which would also caused the breakers to go on off, as a safety precaution. The problem with this theory, is that I also have several videos, showing my power being off, while the breakers were on. Videos that I had also taken, of different the 11 Division officers, investigating this problem, over the last several months. The Bashars also overload the electrical system themselves, on occassions, to make it look as if I had done so, using some appliance for instance, in my apartment that would also causing the breakers to on off. The problem with this plan of theirs and also of the 11 Division police, who is also behind it, is that I am still left without any power in my apartment. And I alone. And why would I want to be without power/.  It was just two days ago that I had to replaced all of the food in my refridgerator, after the hydro was also disrupted, by the Bashars. The same thing has happened again tonight, when the power was also cut to my apartment, repeatedly, over the last several hours. In fact, I am writing this article from a public place. An internet cafe. I also relayed to police, when I had also called the 11 division, directly, that I would be witing an article about it, and the police officer that I spoke with, officer Bulmer, badge # 9015, then told me, 'No, don't do that yet, give me your landlord's telephone number, and I will call them directly, about turning your power back on'. So I gave him the Bashars telephone number and he did call them. He also told me that the two other police officers, officer Walters badge 11085 and officer Bushy, badge 90518, who had showed up three or four times already, and turned the power back on themselves, were also on their way back to
the property. Sure enough, as I was locking up my door to leave and to go write on my Blog, and elewhere, such as on Google, the two corrupt cops from 11 division showed up. They also had the key, to the utility box, which was given to them by the landlord, on their earlier visits. They also turned my hydro back on, claiming, also, that the landlord has told them that they will be calling an electrician, the next day to 'fix the problem' with the power outage in my apartment.  The problem with this promise, is that on other previous occassions, whe the same thing had happened and the police had also attened, the landlord had said the same thing. That they were going to call an electrician, the same day, in fact and this was also a couple of months ago. I even at the time waived the 24 hour notice to enter my unit, so that they could do whatever 'work' that needed to be done to restore my power. But instead of the electrician coming that day, which I also recorded, the power in my rental unit simply came back on minutes after the police had left. The same set of officers that they had just agreed with, to get an elecctrician. So I call the police right back minutes later, the same officers who had also attended and I showed them that the power was now restored in my apartment.
Yet no electrician had come and no work was also done in my rental apartment. Yet only minutes later, I now had power restored to my apartment, without any electrician attending. I also video recorded all of these events and those video recordings are also now a part of the court file. Having gone to the court repeatedly, over the Bashars disrupting my power, which is really a Mischief charge under section 430, of the Criminal Code. However, the 11 Division police want to claim on behalf of the landlords, that it is a Landlord and Tenant matter. But in also trying to frame me up, using the Bashars, the police would also use the same Mischief charge under the Criminal Code, in order to do that. There is also no doubt that the 11 division police and the Bashars, are also working together.

I have now written the article, as I also told the police that I would. Believing also that they and the Bashars, are working to attenpt to frame me up. I also have been threatened by the 11 division about
exposing the the Bashars to the community.
