TWO CRIMINAL LANDLORDS, ARE BEING AIDED AND ABETED, BY THE TORONTO POLICE AND OTHER CITY OFFICIALS.


TWO OF TORONTO'S MOST AUDACIOUS, CRIMINAL LANDLORDS, ABUL BASHAR AND SHAMSUN BASHAR, WHO HAS BEEN NOTED IN VIOLATIONS, FOR THEIR PROPERTY AT 256 SAINT CLARENS AVENUE IN TORONTO, HAS ALSO BEEN PROTECTED, BY CORRUPT TORONTO CITY OFFICIALS AND ALSO THE POLICE.







Shamsun Bashar, criminal landlord, is currently facing a Mischief
charge, for disrupting the tenant's electricity, on a daily basis. Other
charges, for conspiracy and fraud, are also pending against her.




Some of the other actions has also included, numerous fire code violations and also violations, under the Toronto Municipal Code, for illegally having too many tenants, against the zoning by-law.


- The Tenant's electricity is also disrupted, on a daily basis, numerous times during the day and night, or sometimes for more than a week, without any electricity at all, by the landlords, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar.


-The Tenant is also harassed in other ways, on a daily basis, including having to endure other attempts, by the landlords
at entrapment, including, telling blatant lies about the tenant to the police, who are also a part of the overall conspiracy
against the tenant. The tenant also believed that those attempts at entrapment, and also the landlords illicit relationship with the police, is because of the tenant's role as a human rights activist and also because she has also exposed, the various illegal actions of the property owners, in breaching the law regarding their property, as well as in regards to their personal actions, with various city officials and also the police.














THESE TWO ROGUE POLICE OFFICERS, FROM THE TORONTO POLICE 11 DIVISION, HAS THREATENED TO EVICT THE TENANT AND ALSO THE TENANT'S GUEST, WHO ALSO ASKED THE LANDLORDS TO TURN THE ELECTRICITY BACK ON, ON NIGHT OF FEBRUARY 11, 2016, (BY REMOVING THE TENANT FROM THE
PROPERTY, IF THEY MAKE THAT REQUEST A SECOND TIME, FOR THE NIGHT!).


 






Toronto Police Constables, P.C. Doyle and P.C. Proctor. Two
rogue cops. Both police officers, has also threatened the tenant, with
removal from the property, should she also complain about the landlords
actions in disrupting her electricity, on a daily basis.

Two rogue Toronto police officers, P.C. Protor and P.C. Doyle, has threatened the tenant Valerie Guillaume and her guest, on February 11, 2016, to remove them both from the property, where the tenant also lives, if either of them asked the tenant's landlords, to restore the electricity. Which the landlords had also illegally shut off. A friend of the tenant, who was concerned that the electricity was shut off, had simply knocked on the landlords door (The landlords  had also blocked their telephone, from the tenant contacting them), to ask them to turn the electricity back on. The landlords, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar, then called the police, who then threatened both persons, with removal (and also illegal eviction) from the property, should they confront the landlords again, to ask for the power (electricity) to be restored.

 The tenant, has endured repeated disruption, of the electricity, both day and night  and also on a daily basis, including on February 11th and also the 12th, from those same landlords. The illegal acts by the landlords, also shows evidence of a much wider conspiracy, by various Toronto city departments and city officials. Including the Electrical Safety Authority, which in January of 2016, also gave the property in question, located at 256 Saint Clarens Avenue, in Toronto, a pass. After a supposed inspection, that was done by the ESA. The conspiracy, also includes these other city divisions, Building and also The Municipal Licensing Standards.

On February 11, 2016, the tenant then filed criminal charges against the two landlords, Abul  Bashar and Shamsun Bashar, for Mischief, under section 430 (2) of the Criminal Code, for rendering the property inoperable and for disrupting her services, illegally.  The tenant also plans to lay additional criminal charges against them, for conspiracy and fraud, in regards to those same services. Along with the landlords, are also several Toronto city officials, such as David Salitino, a by-law officer and Fiona Skurjat, also with the Municipal Licensing Standards, who will also be charged, for conspiring with the property owners, to deny the tenant, access to the services, which she is also entitled to.  As well as other persons with the Electrical Safety Authority, who also conspired with the property owners to declare the property safe. Only for the tenant to endure disruption in regards to the electricity on a daily basis. This is a fraud, that was also committed upon the public.

The court also showed its own involvement in regards to the conspiracy, involving those criminal landlords, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar, by putting the date of the pre-enquette hearing, regarding those same persons, for February 29, 2016, on the same day that the tenant also has a hearing scheduled at the Landlord and Tenant Board. A coincidence?. Hardly. The hearing at the Board may also not proceed either, as the matter is still under an appeal. The tenant's Motion for Leave to Appeal, to the Court of Appeal, including, also, a motion for directions from the court, citing that the Landlord and Tenant Board, should not proceed with a hearing, until the Court of Appeal has also decided on the matter, one way or another. And that should the matter also continue at the Board, that this would also prejudice the tenant significantly, as the matter regarding her appeal, between the tenant and the landlord, is still ongoing.

Meanwhile the tenant is being harassed by the two landlords, by having her electricity shut off on a daily basis. And also numerous times throughout the day and night. The tenant cannot even see to open her door, as the entrance area is always in pitch darkness and the tenant is also concerned that this also posed a danger to her safety as well. Seeing the landlords other acts of violence towards her, including an assault charge against Shamsun Bashar, last August and the fact that another member of that household, is also facing, currently, an assault charge against the tenant, as well. Monsoor Bashar, a son of the two landlords, was charged with assault on February 11, 2016, against the tenant and he is also due back in court on February 16th, to deal with a peace bond, that the tenant also took out against him, last October. At his last court appearance, he also did not agree to the peace bond, and the tenant is also insisting that her legal rights also be protected, by the court, against those perpetrators.
