POLICE BRUTALITY: HOW THE CANADIAN POLICE AND CSIS, WORK WITH THE COURT, TO STOP PROSECUTIONS, AGAINST THEIR AGENT PROVOCATEURS.
Today, I just had another rude awakening, to the corrupt practices of the Canadian police and CSIS, in their efforts, to block all charges against anyone, who are also working for them. It is a very common practice for both of them, to work with the Justices of the Peace, in those courts, to prevent any charges from being laid, ag
ainst those persons on their payroll. It has been extremely difficult for me over the years, to try to protect myself and also my rights, against those attacks, that are also coming from their agent provocateurs.
Today, at the courthouse at 2201 Finch Avenue West, in Toronto, a justice of the peace, by the name of David Lippingwell, after trying unsuccessfully, to get me to proceed, with a lesser charge against the accused, in which he also refused to take the information, on the four other criminal charges, that I also wanted to lay. Usually, this is knocked down at the second stage of the process, during the pre-enquette hearing.
What the justices of the peace often do, is to contact the local police division about the matter, then they will then act corrupt by refusing to accept the information. Which is also against the law. A JP is mandated to accept the information, and it is also a corrupt practice, when most of them do not follow this procedure, when they have also acted in a conspiracy, with the police and others, to block the charges.
At that court, today, I also met another person who has also had his information, rejected by another court, at 1000 Finch Avenue West, in Toronto, when he also tried to lay criminal charges against a number of police officers, who he has alleged, has assaulted physically disabled brother, while he was in bed (thinking that it was him, instead). That court also refused to accept his private charges against the police.
I am angry that this kind of corruption, can also be so openly practiced in any Canadian court, and for it to be accepted as the norm, when the police, judges and justices of the peace, can carry out this kind of outrageous human rights abuse, against anyone. And to interfere with their rights under its own so called constitution. I intend to protest further about this continual effort to block me in ALL CANADIAN COURTS.
