WHAT IS ONTARIO PREMIERE, KATHLEEN WYNNE, DOING TO ERADICATE THE CORRUPTION, THAT IS SO PREVALENT, AT THE LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD?.
WHY ARE LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD MEMBERS, ALLOWED TO DISREGARD THE LAW AND TO ACT CORRUPT, BOTH PERSONALLY AND REGARDING THEIR DECISIONS? AND WORST, TO IGNORE TENANTS RIGHTS UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT, WHICH GOVERNS THAT TRIBUNAL?.
ADJUDICATOR, NEIL KAUFMAN, IS THE LATEST MEMBER OF THE LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD,
TO BE EXPOSED, OVER HIS CORRUPT PRACTICES, AT THE BOARD.
Adjudicator, Neil Kaufman, tried to show "who was in charge", by taking reprisal actions against the tenant, in the form of staying his interim order and also discontinuing any further actions by the tenant at the Board, until the tenant pays a fine of $100.00, going back to 2015, plus the interest incurred over the past three years, to the Landlord and Tenant Board. Kaufman's action was based on retaliation against the tenant, for making public his other corrupt actions at the Board, that may not be in the interest of the public.
Neil Kaufman and the Landlord and Tenant Board's actions in staying an order that was already prejudiced to the tenant, by not addressing the urgency of the matter that was also before the Board, when a landlord had illegally changed the lock, without an order from the Board. But also the actions of the Adjudicator, Neil Kaufman, was intended to cause the most severe harm to the tenant, by also discontinuing her actions at the Landlord and Tenant Board, if the tenant did not pay in full the amount owing, plus the accrued interests. Kaufman had to go digging into the tenant's previous records at the Board, in order to come up with that decision.
That in itself was prejudice to the tenant, whose current matter before the Landlord and Tenant Board, has no bearing on any previous applications that she had with the Board. It is also a practice by the Board against the tenant, that has been longstanding with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Not only did the Landlord and Tenant Board and Neil Kaufman, showed a clear disregard for the tenant's current situation, of being locked out illegally by her landlord, but he also acted further to cause more harm to the tenant, by not only ignoring her request at the hearing on May 2nd, to have the landlord changed back the lock on the door, but also to delay the hearing to a date set in June of 2018 and then making a decision in his order that the said tenant should also pays to the Landlord and Tenant Board, a previous fine that goes back three years and that has no direct bearing on the application before him, currently.
In dealing with the tenant's application before him, Neil Kaufman, also acted to cause the tenant severe injury, that is also against the law. The tenant is accusing, the Adjudicator Neil Kaufman, of acting in a conspiracy to break the law, where she is concerned and is also willing to back up her claim in a court of law. The tenant also believed that other members of the Landlord and Tenant Board, including, these other Members, Ruth Carey, Louise Horton and others, has also acted in a conspiracy, to prevent her applications from proceeding at the Board, and in the manner that it should. Including also those in the Enforcement Division of the Landlord and Tenant Board, such as Jim Torreto and Kathy Trapanier, who took no actions to get her landlord to comply with the law, in regard to those offences under the Residential Tenancies Act.
The Adjudicator Neil Kaufman's actions are discriminatory against the tenant for several reasons. First he has ignored the first rule of conducting a hearing, which is that a tenant has the right to have a fair hearing, before the Landlord and Tenant Board. And any variation of that is also a cause for further legal actions against himself and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
And that it should also exclude prejudices of any kind. Including, about race. The tenant who
