PART 1. DEATH THREAT #1. ANGELA STERLING'S, DEATH THREATS, AGAINST ME. ...

The court is just not in the habit, of throwing out hard physical evidence, against an accused person, like her. The judge is obligated and bound by law, to hear the evidence and to judge the case accordingly. And he is also obligated, to meet out proper justice, under the law.

FOR ANGELA STERLING, THE CLOCK IS TICKING, AND IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME, BEFORE SHE FINDS HERSELF, BEFORE A JUDGE AND IF JUSTICE IS SERVED, BEHIND BARS, FOR HER CRIMES. SO FAR, SHE HAS DELUDED HERSELF, INTO BELIEVING, THAT SHE IS ABOVE THE LAW, BEING FRIENDS WITH THE POLICE.

DEFUND THE TORONTO POLICE PROTESTS. CANADA CONTINUES TO IGNORE, PUBLIC PROTESTS, OVER POLICE RACISM.

CANADA CONTINUES TO IGNORE, PUBLIC PROTESTS, OVER POLICE RACISM.

DEFUND THE TORONTO POLICE:  TORONTO POLICE BUDGET = 1.2 BILLION DOLLARS
CALLS TO DEFUND, THE RACIST TORONTO POLICE, BY PROTESTORS, DID NOT GET THE T.O. CITY COUNCIL, TO SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE. T.O. CITY COUNCIL INSTEAD, PLANNED TO INCREASE, THE POLICE BUDGET, BY 5 MILLION DOLLARS, IN 2021.

WHO GETS THE BENEFIT OF THE TORONTO POLICE SERVICES?
1. Corrupt government officials
2. The police themselves and
3. Criminals the police are involved with.
4. Non Blacks and other Minorities
4. Whites
                                 
WHY THERE ARE CALLS TO DEFUND, THE TORONTO POLICE AND ALL POLICE SERVICES, IN CANADA?. The Toronto Police Service's budget of 1.2 billion dollars, is an insult to those who are the target of police racism and police brutality.  Many times the T.O. police are involved in incidences, that endanger public safety.  Other times, police officers get paid for work, that they did not do.  And the police services across Canada, shows no interest in being accountable, to the public that they serve.  This is especially true, in the case of the systematic racism and police brutality, that is especially targeted towards Blacks and other minorities. Hence the call for a change, in the police practices and police services. AND THE BEST WAY TO DEAL, WITH THE POLICE SERVICES, IS TO CUT ITS FUNDING AND TO DISARM THE POLICE.

A call for the defunding and disarming of the police is entirely realistic. The police are overpaid, acts corrupt and in many cases, endanger public safety.  And like other Canadian government organizations, they are also racist. Systematic racism, within the Toronto Police Services, is a proven fact. They have been sued many times, over racism against blacks. The Human Rights Tribunal, has heard a lot of those cases, against the Toronto Police Services.  As well as the courts. Yet no real changes have been made by Canadian politicians, to effectively deal with the problem. The most recent example, was on June 29th, when the Toronto City Council, voted to add another 5 million dollars, to the police budget in the upcoming year. That was at the local level of government, but it is the same with all three levels of government and right across Canada.  To put it mildly, or succinctly, there is no accountability, on the part of the police. Not even in detailing how they spend all of that money. One of the issues with the Toronto Police Services budget, is the fact that the police give no real details, in how the money is spent.  Yet year after year, the Toronto City Council, goes along with it.  It's the same right across Canada. No police accountability.  For the City of Toronto and the SIU, the police watchdog, is ridiculously incompetent. You might as well say, that the SIU is as culpable in the unexplained deaths, by the police, as the police officers who are responsible, for those deaths, themselves.  In other countries police watchdogs agencies, have a far greater impact on police accountability, than in either the City of Toronto, or the rest of Canada.  Is it any wonder that there are calls to defund the police?

I have seen Toronto police officers, who are involved with such criminal acts as bribery, conspiracy and corruption. As well as in defrauding the public. For instance, I have the names of several Toronto police officers, who did not carry out criminal investigations, as per their duty and instead suppressed the investigations, but were still paid for doing nothing. That is committing fraud upon the public and a wasteful spending of tax payers money. The fraud and wasteful spending, relating to police officers can be investigated by the City's Auditor General and the criminal offenses by the court. Or both. And the names of those Toronto police officers are forth coming. Because all of them are also implicated in causing me injury, in more ways than one.  And at some point any, or all of them, may be defendants in my civil claim for damages, or criminal cases against them for injuries sustained. And not necessarily in any Canadian court. Again, racism played a major part in their actions, against me as a Black woman and also as a Blogger.

The City of Toronto protests and those across Canada, Blacks and indigenous people are at the forefront, to defund and disarm the police. Why?. Because those communities feel the brunt of police inequality, police brutality and racism the most. The Black Lives Matter protests in Toronto to defund the police, as well as other protests led by indigenous activists, have paved the way for others to follow, in demanding that the Toronto police, become more accountable to the public. Some have started online petitions, to get the message across.  I have just signed the petition to defund and disarm the Toronto police.  And I have more reasons than most people to do so. Here are some more of those reasons, why I support the call to defund and to disarm the police.

1. On July 1st, Canada's birthday, plainclothes police officers or CSIS, were parked outside my home and carrying out the illegal surveillance of me. They were also parked in their usual spot,
while they use their agent provocateur (s), to carry out attacks against me in my home, with the hope of entrapment, as their MO.
2. The Toronto Police Services and its police officers, have never charged and or actively pursued any charges against anyone, who have committed crimes against me. Even in the face of irrefutable recorded evidence. They simply looked at it and then turned a blind eye.
3. The Toronto police (and others), have routinely endangered my safety. Both with the public and coming from the police themselves.
4. The Canadian police, have played an active role in the persecution of me, as a Blogger.
The list goes on and on. I believe that the role of the police should be re-examined. Especially in the services, or lack thereof, that it has provided to some members of society. That by its acts or omissions, it has caused death, injury and misery to some. While protecting the interests of others, and at the expense of other members of society, which may feel the brunt of its actions. Such as excessive and or deadly force. WE NEED CHANGE REGARDING THE POLICE NOW.
