A BRAZEN WOMAN AND LANDLORD, ANGELA STERLING, HAS DEFIED THE EMERGENCY ORDER, BY LOCKING OUT TENANTS.

A WOMAN, ANGELA STERLING, ACTS ABOVE THE LAW, AND OPENLY FLAUNTS, THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACT AND THE STAY AT HOME ORDERS. 

TORONTO POLICE 41 DIVISION, REFUSES TO CHARGE, A LANDLORD, ANGELA STERLING, WHO IS IN VIOLATION, OF THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND CIVIL PROTECTION ACT, AND STAY AT HOME ORDERS.

TWO TENANTS ARE ILLEGALLY, LOCKED OUT OF THEIR HOMES, WHEN THIS WOMAN, ANGELA STERLING, CHOSE TO DEFY AN ORDER OF THE COURT.

 Offences

7.0.11 (1) Every person who fails to comply with an order under subsection 7.0.2 (4) or who interferes with or obstructs any person in the exercise of a power or the performance of a duty conferred by an order under that subsection is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction,

(a) in the case of an individual, subject to clause (b), to a fine of not more than $100,000 and for a term of imprisonment of not more than one year;

THE TORONTO WOMAN AND PROPERTY OWNER, ANGELA STERLING, ACTS ABOVE THE LAW, BY OPENLY DEFYING THE EMERGENCY ORDERS, THAT WAS MADE ON JANUARY 13 AND JANUARY 14, 2021, BY CARRYING OUT TWO ILLEGAL EVICTIONS, OF TENANTS IN HER ILLEGAL ROOMING HOUSE, DURING THE STAY AT HOME ORDER. THE BRAZEN LANDLORD, CHANGED THE LOCKS ON THE DOORS OF THE BUILDING, WITHOUT PROVIDING THE TWO TENANTS, WITH THE REPLACEMENT KEYS. EFFECTIVELY, FORCING THEM TO DISOBEY, THE STAY AT HOME ORDERS. THE TWO TENANTS ARE THEN FORCED TO RELY ON OTHER TENANTS OF THE BUILDING, TO LET THEM INSIDE, DURING THE STAY AT HOME ORDER. ALTHOUGH EVICTIONS CAN ONLY BE CARRIED OUT BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE, THIS LANDLORD ANGELA STERLING, HAS TAKEN IT UPON HERSELF, TO ILLEGALLY EVICT THE TENANTS, ON HER OWN. THE TWO TENANTS STILL REMAINS IN THE BUILDING, WITHOUT HAVING KEYS, TO GET ACCESS TO ENTER THE BUILDING, AFTER THE LANDLORD CHANGED THE LOCK, ON THE MAIN DOOR AND ANOTHER BASEMENT ENTRANCE, WITHOUT GIVING THE KEYS TO THE TENANTS. 

THE POLICE IS SUPPOSED TO OBEY, THE EMERGENCY ORDER, THEMSELVES AND LAY CHARGES, BUT HAVE NOT DONE SO, WITH THIS WOMAN, ANGELA STERLING.

ASIDE FROM HER ILLEGAL ACTS, DURING THE EMERGENCY ORDERS, THIS SAME LANDLORD, ANGELA STERLING, HAS ALSO IGNORED ANOTHER ORDER OF THE COURT, THAT WAS ISSUED TO HER TWO YEARS AGO, TO SHUT THE ILLEGAL BUILDING DOWN, PERMANENTLY. WHICH SHE HAS ALSO DEFIED; SHE HAS CONTINUED TO OPERATE THE BUILDING, WITHOUT THE PROPERTY STANDARDS, HOLDING HER ACCOUNTABLE, FOR ENDANGERING PUBLIC SAFETY, AND FOR OPERATING AN ILLEGAL ROOMING HOUSE, IN SCARBOROUGH. 

HOWEVER, DURING THE LOCK DOWN AND STAY AT HOME ORDER, THE TENANTS NEED A PLACE TO STAY, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE BUILDING IS ILLEGAL AND THE OWNER HAS NEVER COMPLIED WITH THE LAW. ALL OF WHICH HAS ALSO GONE UNNOTICED, BY THE MUNICIPAL LICENSING STANDARDS, AND THEIR CORRUPTION TO ALLOW HER TO OPERATE A ROOMING HOUSE, WITHOUT A LICENSE. NOT THAT SHE CAN GET ONE, SINCE NO SUCH BUILDING, IS ALLOWED IN THE FORMER BOROUGH OF SCARBOROUGH.

THE EMERGENCY ORDERS WERE MADE, TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC, DURING THE PANDEMIC. THIS INDIVIDUAL, ANGELA STERLING, HAS OPENLY DEFIED THE ORDERS.SHE HAS ALSO FACED NO CHARGES, FROM EITHER THE POLICE, OR FROM OTHER ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, WORKING ALONG WITH THE POLICE, TO ENFORCED THE STAY AT HOME ORDER.

THE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, OF THE MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING, TOO WAS COMPLICIT, IN PROTECTING THE TENANTS, WHEN THE CO-ORDINATOR, CATHY TRAPANIER, OF THAT DIVISION AND IT'S DIRECTOR, JASON ARANDJELOVIC, BACKING HER ACTIONS, RELAYED TO A TENANT, THAT THE LANDLORD HAS ALLEGEDLY TOLD HER, THAT THE TENANT SHOULD GET A COPY OF THE KEYS, FROM ANOTHER TENANT OF THE BUILDING, AS SHE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING THE TENANT WITH ANY. CATHY TRAPANIER, THEN CLAIMED, THAT SHE COULD NOT GET THE LANDLORD, TO OBEY THE LAW. SHE IS MANDATED THEN, UNDER THE RTA ACT, AS WELL AS UNDER THE PROVINCIAL OFFENSES ACT, TO CHARGE ANGELA STERLING, FOR BREAKING THE LAW, WITH REGARDS TO CHANGING THE LOCKS, ILLEGALLY.  CATHY TRAPANIER DID NOT SEEM TOO CONCERNED, ABOUT THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE LANDLORD'S ACTIONS UPON THE TENANTS. SHE HAS CLAIMED THAT SHE CANNOT GET THE LANDLORD, ANGELA STERLING TO COMPLY. HOW ABOUT HASTENING THOSE CHARGES, AGAINST HER?. AS WELL AS IMPOSING THE FINE, OF UP TO $25,000.00 AGAINST THIS WOMAN FOR BREAKING THE LAW AND TO DO SO IMMEDIATELY. 

THE SILENCE AND REFUSAL OF THE POLICE AND THE AUTHORITIES, TO ENFORCED THE LAW, WHERE THIS WOMAN IS CONCERNED, IS TROUBLING. ONE OF THE TENANTS WHO IS AFFECTED BY HER ACTIONS (ME), BELIEVED THAT THERE IS A CONSPIRACY, BY THE POLICE, THE ENFORCEMENT UNIT AND OTHERS, TO FORCED HER TO BECOME HOMELESS, DURING THIS LOCK DOWN. THAT IS HOW SICKENINGLY EVIL AND CORRUPT THEY ARE. AND THAT IS WHY FOR INSTANCE, THEY HAVE ALSO LAID NO CHARGES, AGAINST ANGELA STERLING, OR FORCED HER TO GIVE THE KEYS, TO THE TWO TENANTS, WHO ARE LOCKED OUT, BY HER. THE OTHER TENANT AFFECTED, ANOTHER FEMALE, WHO IN PROTECTING HER PRIVACY, I WILL NOT MENTIONED HER NAME, WAS GIVEN A WRITTEN NOTICE, BY THE LANDLORD, SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, AND DID NOT MOVE OUT, OF THE RENTAL UNIT. THE LANDLORD, ANGELA STERLING, THEN FOLLOWED THIS UP, BY LOCKING HER OUT AND REFUSING TO GIVE HER A KEY, FOR THE MAIN DOOR. BOTH TENANTS ARE STILL LIVING IN THE BUILDING, BUT HAS NO KEYS TO GET INSIDE THE BUILDING. 

IT IS IMPERATIVE, THAT THE AUTHORITIES, INCLUDING THE POLICE, ACT TO ENSURE THAT THE OWNER, ANGELA STERLING, HAS COMPLIED WITH THE EMERGENCY ORDERS, THAT ARE IN PLACE. TO PROTECT THOSE PERSONS, WHO ARE LOCKED OUT OF THEIR HOMES, ILLEGALLY, WHILE THIS STAY AT HOME ORDER, IS IN PLACE. THE POLICE KNOWS THAT IT SHOULD HAVE LAID CHARGES AGAINST THE LANDLORD, IN THIS CASE. AS WELL AS TO ASSIST THE TENANTS, IN THE ILLEGAL LOCK OUT, BY THE LANDLORD.
