"STATE SPONSORED TERRORISM" That is the title of an article that I once wrote and also gave a copy to a Canadian government official, who also stared at it in shock and disbelief. Probably at the audacity, that I had displayed, in not only writing about that little known topic, but also in providing the official with the knowledge, through that article, that I was also on top of their game. Do the government punish some private citizens, for exposing its actions? Absolutely!. Which in some cases like mine and so many others, through the use of organized stalking and harassment, has also threatened the safety and the lives of certain people, who are also the target of the government. That article too I hope to turn into a book, detailing my own experiences, at the hands of the Canadian government, through its very organized efforts, to carry out the destabilization of the individual, in this case, me, through its use of such tactics as gang stalking and also the targeting of me, using many different people and even organizations to do so. The sad part of all of this is that this behaviour, by the Canadian government, against me, has also carried on, even up to today.

This is also why I have posted some information on this topic, here on my Blog, through the reading of a book, "The Hidden Evil" written on the subject, by Mark M. Rich. I also highly recommend that you read the book and also keep an open mind, to the horrors that some people has gone through, involving their governments, using every available opportunity, to carry out human rights abuse against them, in this manner.

The best way to described organized gang stalking and the targeting of individuals, is that it is a form of psychological torture. The victim is terrorized twenty four hours a day, using not only human agents to carry this out, but also sophisticated electronic equipments and techniques, at the disposal of the government, through its black budget programs, such as mind control programs, to harass the victim. Community members are the usual recruits, such as neighbours and anyone else with close access to the victim, including those that they might also be in a personal relationship with, or other family members, in some cases. It is unbelievable, yet there are also mounting evidence to back up this fact.

Ted Gunderston, is a former FBI agent, who has participated and also knew first hand, about this program, by the US government. He himself later became a target of it, when he also parted ways with the FBI. (Although he has provided some valuable information, on the FBI targeting of individuals, I also denounced his other actions, as a senior FBI official, in the targeting of the Black Panther Party and other groups, labelling them as "terrorists", through Countelpro, the FBI's counter intelligence program, under J. Edgar Hoover, that was aimed at black groups, mainly, and that was responsible in helping to destroy the Black Panther Party. Which makes me also ask the question, "What is wrong with wanting total freedom and democratic rights in your own country?). Others has also come forward with many other documented proof, that private citizens are being targeted and against their will, by the acts of terrorism, such as organized stalking, that are being carried out secretly, by those same governments. I will always come back to this topic, of government sponsored gang stalking and terrorism, because it also resonates with me personally, having lived through it and is also now able to write about it. This was also not a part of their plan, that I should have also survived this ordeal.

"Organized Stalking is a form of terrorism used against an individual in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will: have a nervous break-down, become incarcerated, institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional, or physical pain, become homeless, and/or commit suicide. This is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror and general harassment. It is a "ganging up" by members of the community who follow an organizer and participate in a systematic "terrorizing" of an individual." -- Mark M. Rich

Whether Canada is using its telecommunications systems, to spy on human rights activists, or using it for one of its more sophisticated operations, like spying on other governments, the objective is still the same.  To sabotage, the activities of those it has targeted, through this means. And also with devastating results. For the activists, like myself, it is to sabotage your business and to 'strangle' you economically and financially. If you also rely on those communications, such as the telephone and the internet, for your business, its efforts against you is also evident.

The Canadian government spy agency, for gathering intelligence, on an international level, is CSEC. The acronym stands for, the Communications Security Establishment Canada. Canada's spy agency that is  also directly implicated, in this. This latest one is also an international embarrassment, for the Canadian government. CSEC, is accused of spying on the Brazilian Mining and Energy Ministry, using a software program called Olympia. The Canadian government, has also worked in collaboration, with the United States government, through its NASA spy program, to carry out its surveillance on the people, as well as on other governments. Thanks to whistleblowers like Edward Snowden, who has also provided all of this evidence, including both written documents, and also slides, revealing the direct communications of CSEC on its spying of the Brazilian government's mining industry, which is also a major competitor of Canada.

The Brazilian President, Dilma Rousseff, made these charges against the Canadian government, on October 6 and also ordered the Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, to summoned the Canadian Ambassador to Brazil, Jamal Khokhar, to answer to the charges against his government.  The Canadian government is also on the defensive, having been caught red handed in this matter. Documents leaked by Edward Snowden, on Canada's spying charges, showed that CSEC, has also carried out detailed electronic espionage, against Brazil's Mining Industry. CSEC metadata base included calls made from the Mines and Energy Ministry to the Brazilian Embassy in Peru, as well as to the headquarters of OLADE, the Latin American Energy organization in Quinto, Ecuador and even to other far away places, such as Afghanistan, Thailand, Jordon and other places in the Middle East and Africa. CSEC also focused on its attempts, to intercepting emails, linked to Brazil's Mining  and Energy Ministry and those other countries.

After the reports came out initially, on Brazil's Globo television network, compliments of Edward Snowden, the Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, also pretended to be concerned, over the reports. He has said very little about the charges at first, other than to say that "he was very concerned, about the story and the reports around it". But now has also realized that Canada also needed to do some major damage control, over the incident. The Brazilian President, Dilma  Rousseff, who is also a militant by nature and a former social activist before joining politics, is also not buying it and has also called for the UN to help put a curb on those countries, like Canada and also the United States actions, that also violates the sovereignty of other countries, by implementing, tougher measures on electronic surveillance and on human rights in general.

Dilma Rousseff  has said in her speech, at the UN's General Assembly, that, "In the absence of the right to privacy, there can be no true freedom of expression and opinion and therefore no effective democracy". She also continued, with the emphasis on this human rights protection, that, "Tampering in such a manner, in the lives and affairs of other countries, is a breach of international law and as such is an affront to the principles, that should otherwise govern relations among countries, especially among friendly nations" Rousseff said. She also commented that, "The right to safety of citizens, can never be guaranteed, by violating the fundamental human rights of citizens of another country", she also emphasized.

Regarding Canada's actions, Rousseff has said on her Twitter page, "That is unacceptable among countries, that claim to be partners. We reject this cyberwar". "The United States and its allies [sic],  must immediately stop their spying activity, once and for all".

Canada is part of the "Five Eyes", which also included the United States, Britain, Australia and New Zealand, in the highly technological game of intelligence gathering and sharing, on the private lives of citizens and also on other countries. Brazil is particularly protective of its resources, being a country that is said to have vast natural resources and also oil reserves, that has not been fully tapped into yet. One also wonders what the Canadian government's motive was for carrying out this highly technologically advance espionage, of the Brazilian government's mining industry?. Which seem to also go beyond its present mining situations in that country. Clearly, it is thinking in terms of its long term advancements in that country. A situation which the Brazilian President, Dilma Rousseff, is also acutely aware of.
