CORRUPTION IN CANADA, IS COMPARABLE TO THAT OF OTHER DEPLORABLE NATIONS, ON THAT ISSUE. IT IS, IN FACT, FAR WORSE THAN MOST OTHER COUNTRIES.


CORRUPTION IS A SECRET CRIME AND THE CONSPIRACY, THAT ALSO GOES ALONG WITH IT, IS BY ITS VERY NATURE, ALSO, A SECRET CRIME. 

HOW THE PUBLIC IS AFFECTED, BY DEALING WITH CORRUPTION, AT THE MUNICIPAL LEVEL, IN TORONTO.

We need to demand, the resignation, of both Tracy Cook and Mark Sraga.




UPDATE: (AUGUST 24, 2015):The Toronto Fire Services, has done the right thing and has taken the two crooked landlords, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar to court, over their illegal rental property. They are now facing five charges, for violations under the Toronto Fire Code, and also the Toronto Municipal Code. Abul Bashar was in court, on August 11th and is also due back in court on October 2, 2015, over those charges. Captain Wendy Rome, seem to have also made good, on her promise, to enforce the notice that was issued to the Bashars, on March 30, of this year. DO NOT EXPECT THE TORONTO MUNICIPAL STANDARDS, TO FOLLOW THE ACTIONS, OF THE TORONTO FIRE SERVICES, ANY TIME SOON. THIS IS WHY IT IS ALSO NOW CRITICAL, TO DEMAND THE RESIGNATION, OF TRACY COOK, AS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, AND ALSO MARK SRAGA.


Those are crimes that are perpetrated on the public, by those persons who has been elected, or appointed, to protect the public interest, but do not. It is also absolutely necessary to exposed those who are involved in it. They must not be allowed to cover up their actions and to continue to act in a criminal manner, or to deceive the public, regarding their actions.
THE TORONTO CITY OFFICIALS, IN THE MUNICIPAL LICENSING STANDARDS AND OTHER CITY DIVISIONS, WHO WERE CAUGHT IN THEIR CORRUPTION, RECENTLY, MAY ALSO NOT GET TO SEE THE INSIDE OF A COURTROOM, OR TO ANSWER FOR THEIR ACTIONS IN A COURT OF LAW. HENCE, THEY MUST ALSO BE TRIED FOR THEIR ALLEGED CRIMES, IN THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION, IN ORDER TO GET THEM REMOVED, FROM THEIR POSITIONS. THE VERY CORRUPT OLD CITY HALL COURT, IN TORONTO, DID NOT PROCEED WITH THE CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THEM. CITING, THAT, MORE EVIDENCE WAS ALSO NEEDED, TO PROCEED WITH THOSE CHARGES AGAINST THEM. THE DECISION ITSELF, IS ALSO A CONTINUATION, OF THE CORRUPTION INVOLVED.

I AM ALSO MAKING IT VERY CLEAR, PUBLICLY, THAT THOSE TORONTO CITY OFFICIALS, WHO ARE INVOLVED IN THAT INVESTIGATION, WILL ALSO CONTINUE TO FACE PUBLIC SCRUTINY, OVER THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIONS. AS I ALSO CONTINUE, TO EXPOSE THEM FURTHER.
OVER THE NEXT DAYS, WEEKS AND MONTHS, I WILL ALSO BE RELEASING SOME OF THE EVIDENCE AGAINST THEM, PUBLICLY.  AND ALSO LET THE PUBLIC DECIDE, IF THEY SHOULD ALSO CONTINUE TO BE ENTRUSTED, WITH LOOKING AFTER THE PUBLIC INTEREST.

This house is located at 256 St. Clarens Ave. in Toronto. It is owned by the Bashars and turned into an illegal multi-level rental
complex. It is also typical of other single family dwelling houses. (See the picture
on the right of this image).

A THIRD PIECE OF EVIDENCE, FROM THE LANDLORD AND TENANT BOARD, SHOWING THAT THE RENTAL PROPERTY, AT 256 ST. CLARENS AVENUE, IN TORONTO, DOES IN FACT, HAS MORE THAN THREE RENTAL UNITS, ILLEGALLY. (See document shown below)


A third piece of evidence, against those Toronto city officials, in the Municipal Licensing Standards,
Building Division and the Toronto Fire Services, is this legal document from the Landlord & Tenant
Board, which also clearly shows that the property in question, 256 St. Clarens Ave. in Toronto, has in fact more than three rental units, contrary to the Ontario government regulations. Something which both Tracy Cook and Mark Sraga, has also overlooked in their investigation, of the owners, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar. Equally disturbing is the number of tenants, between 5-6, which has also occupied that house, from 2003, until now 2015.

Another disturbing fact, is that the Toronto Fire Services, Captain Wendy Rome, has also never followed through with a notice of violation, under the Toronto Fire Code, that was issued against the Bashars, on March 30, 2015. The notice include the fact, that, there were no separations, between each rental units. This is a major fire code violation, since the 15minute and 30 minute separations, were ALSO designed to protect the occupants, in case of a fire breaking out. (The designation of 15 and 30 minutes, is for how long it would also take for a fire to be contained in each unit, long enough for the occupants to get out). With no fire separations, meaning a door in this case, the fire could also spread to each rental unit very quickly. To this date, the owners has also not complied with that notice, nor has the Toronto Fire Captain, Wendy Rome, also followed up with legal proceedings against them, for such a serious fire code violation. Also, not surprisingly, were the illegal renovations to the original structure of the house, that were also made by the owners, (in order to turn it into illegal rental units), that were also approved, by those in the Building Division, such as Carl Baron. Of the single permit that was issued to the Bashars, from 2003- to April 2015, from the Building Division, when those investigations against their property had begun, there is also no indication that they had any approval, from the Adjustment Committee, in regards to turning that property into a multi-level rental complex, in a zoning area that was also strictly for single family dwellings, in a residential zone.

The Toronto Fire Captain, Wendy Rome, also outright lied in stating to me, directly, some months ago, that she had actually commenced a legal proceeding against the Bashars, after the notice was also not complied with. My own research with the court, has shown that no such proceedings has ever been commenced against the Bashars, by the Toronto Fire Services, has the Fire Captain, Wendy Rome, had also indicated. She was part of the conspiracy with those other city officials in MLS and Building, not to start any legal proceedings, against the property owners, Abul Bashar and Shamsun Bashar.

Least in their minds, were the safety of the occupants, the tenants. The zoning by-law for that address at, 256 St. Clarens Avenue, also do not allow for a multi-level rental complex, on that residential street. It is a rental complex, as indicated by the Landlord and Tenant decision, which was also based on the law, that also could also not have, three or more rental units. In violation of that notice from the Board and the law directly, the Bashars has also continued to have five tenants illegally and also currently. Four tenants above the legal limit.

Shockingly, this writer has also viewed another document, from the Municipal Licensing Standards, that has also been authorized by Mark Straga and Tracy Cook, giving the Bashars a passing grade, for the above property, in defiance of the law!. I also gave evidence to this at a hearing on August 12, 2015, against those Toronto City officials. A copy of that document is also in the possession of David
Ciobotaru, a paralegal, who has acted as an agent for the Bashars, in other legal proceedings.
Tracy Cook and Mark Sraga, has both also suppressed more information, surrounding the Bashars and their illegal rental property, which this writer has also requested, under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. They have also tried to cover up other information from previous years, which this writer has also requested, under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. When I had contacted Mark Sraga, earlier this year, for his comments on how the Municipal Licensing Standards, has also not investigated another serious complaint, against the Bashars, that was filed against them in 2014, Sraga then left me a telephone message, stating that he also saw nothing wrong with that investigation either. The complainant had contacted MLS, over the Bashars' illegal rooming house. That complaint which was also made through 311, was also covered up by Mark Sraga.



MORE EVIDENCE TO COME AGAINST THOSE CITY OFFICIALS, INCLUDE THOSE EVIDENCE RELEASED, UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT, WHICH I HAD ALSO OBTAINED AGAINST THEM. THEY HAVE ALSO TRIED VERY HARD AND IN PART, ALSO SUCCESSFULLY, TO PREVENT CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM BEING RELEASED, ABOUT THEIR INVESTIGATIONS, UNDER THE ACT.  WHICH WAS ALSO A COORDINATED EFFORT, ON THEIR PART, TO COVER UP THEIR ACTIONS. TO THE PUBLIC DISMAY, THE COURT HAS ALSO GONE ALONG WITH THEIR CORRUPTION. HOWEVER, WITH THE RELEASE OF MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THEM, THAT ARE ALSO ON PUBLIC RECORD, THEY WILL ALSO NOT BE ABLE TO EVADE PUBLIC SCRUTINY, OVER THOSE ACTIONS.
