CONSPIRACY AND CORRUPTION CHARGES, AGAINST TORONTO LOCAL MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT AND ON ONE ACCOUNT, ALSO, AGAINST A MINISTER DIRECTLY.

Ted McMeekin's Ministry, as a Provincial government, also
operates separately from the Municipal and local government.
However, Ted McMeekin, as the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, also has a separate mandate to investigate, the
Toronto Municipal Licensing Standards, involving both Tracy Cook, as the Executive Director and also Mark Sraga, Director of Investigations.
Ted McMeekin and his staff, has also been avoiding, the
responsibility, of conducting a formal investigation, of those
two managers, in the Municipal Licensing Standards. His office is also aware of the allegations of corruption, involving their actions.
Peter Wallace, Toronto City Manager
Wallace, was newly appointed to this office in May of 2015.
His office is yet to investigate, officially, the actions of Tracy Cook and Mark Sraga, over
corruption, allegations, against them. The City
Manager's approach, is to distance himself. It is also suffice to say, that, his office has also been
made aware, of the accusations against those in the
Municipal Licensing Standards and against both
Tracy Cook and Mark Sraga, directly.
The City Manager's mandate, is also to investigate
MLS and other local city divisions. His office, is
also involved in the cover-up, I also believe.

Toronto Deputy City Manager, John Livy,
has long known about the corruption charges
against those city of Toronto officials, in the
Municipal Licensing Standards and the Building Division.
His personal assistant, Elaine Hung, has also been involved, with the investigation of both
Mark Sraga and also Tracy Cook, in the Municipal Licensing Standards, as well as those other city officials, Mario Angelluci and Carl Baron, in the Building Division, from the very beginning. The cover-up also involves the
Deputy City Manager John Livy and his staff.
It is John Livy's office, which must first investigate all public complaints, against those city officials. And based on the outcome, it will then move on to the City Manager, in this case, Peter Wallace. Both the Deputy City Manager John Livy and also the City Manager, Peter Wallace, has also acted corruptly, in regards to that investigation.

landlords' abuse of the local by-laws.
The Executive Director, has also helped to
facilitate, in helping at least two Toronto
landlords, openly breaking the law, over
zoning by-laws and other infractions
I have also pesonally, implicated Tracy Cook, in carrying out acts of reprisals against me, for instance, refusing to have my power/electricity, turned back on, by
not allowing her by-law officers, to attend
my home to investigate, because of the
public exposure, that I have given to both
Cook and also Mark Sraga, over their
involvement with a particular landlord,
where Cook and her team of corrupt city officials, also gave the illegal property, a passing grade and other illegal actions by them. Including, I believe, directing violent attacks, against this writer, for exposing their actions,

City of Toronto and the Municipal Licensing Standards,
has taken his corrupt practices, from another municipality, the City of Mississauga, Ontario, to Toronto, when he also transferred his job. You can also see evidence of those corrupt practices, in his current
position, with the Municipal Licensing Standards.
Sraga, has also personally denied, any wrong doing, in the carrying out of his investigations, of some Toronto landlords. I had reported on him, involving one such case last year, and in 2015, he is still at it. When I also discovered, through the records of 311, the City of Toronto information service, that complaints had been coming in against the Bashars, two landlords that Sraga has also helped, to avoid complying with the law. Mark Sraga, then called me in March and also left me a detailed voice message, saying that he also did nothing wrong, in that investigation, as well. If you also know the details of the previous investigations, which Sraga has also tried to cover up further, you will be also shocked, at the audacity of this publicly appointed, city official. Sraga is accused of taking reprisal actions against me. For which he is also legally accountable. Meaning that I will also pursue that avenue against him.
PUSHING FOR THE RESIGNATION, OF MARK SRAGA AND ALSO TRACY COOK, OVER CORRUPTION CHARGES, AGAINST THEM. INCLUDING, HAVING SOME PUBLIC DEMONSTRATIONS, OUTSIDE OF THE TORONTO CITY HALL, WHERE THEY ARE BOTH LOCATED.
THE PUBLIC ALSO DEMAND, FOR THE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL, OF MARK SRAGA AND TRACY COOK, FROM THEIR POSITIONS. THE TORONTO MUNICIPAL LICENSING STANDARDS, HAS ALSO SHOWN CORRUPTION, INCLUDING A DISREGARD FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, INVOLVING THOSE TWO TORONTO CITY OFFICIALS.
REPRISAL ACTIONS, HAS ALSO BEEN TAKEN AGAINST ME, BY TRACY COOK AND ALSO MARK SRAGA. SRAGA, HIMSELF, DIRECTLY. HE HAS ALSO LEFT ME A VOICE MESSAGE, RECENTLY, (TODAY, IN FACT). AND ALSO REFUSING TO HAVE ONE OF HIS BY-LAW OFFICERS, COME TO MY HOME TO INVESTIGATE, THE POWER, OR ELECTRICITY, THAT HAS BEEN CUT OFF BY MY LANDLORDS. MARK SRAGA HAS INFORMED ME, VIA HIS TELEPHONE MESSAGE, THAT, HIS BY-LAW OFFICERS WERE NOT GOING TO ATTEND, OR TO INVESTIGATE THE COMPLANT, BECAUSE ONE OF THEM WAS ALSO AT MY HOME 'YESTERDAY' OVER THE SAME ISSUE. WHEN IN FACT THE OFFICER, WAS THERE ON AUGUST 25, (THE POWER WAS ALSO OFF ON AUGUST 23, AS WELL AS THE PREVIOUS WEEKEND, FROM AUGUST 15-18. AS WELL AS FROM JULY 16 - 28, OR JULY 29TH). AND I HAVE ALSO SINCE NOT HEARD FROM HIM.
MARK SRAGA'S INVOLVEMENT WITH THE CROOKED LANDLORDS, WHO ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR WAYS TO BREAK THE LAW, AND ALSO TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS FROM
HAVING A RENTAL PROPERTY, THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN THE APPROVAL, BY CITY OFFICIALS, TO OPERATE, ALBEIT ILLEGALLY, SHOULD ALSO MAKE THOSE WHO ARE LAW ABIDING, IN THIS SOCIETY, ALSO SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE.
UNLIKE THE TORONTO FIRE SERVICES, WHO HAS RECENTLY GOTTEN AROUND TO CHARGING,THOSE PROPERTY OWNERS, BOTH TRACY COOK, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND ALSO MARK SRAGA, THE DIRECTOR OF INVESTIGATIONS, HAS ALSO NOT LIFTED A FINGER,TO BRING ANY ACTIONS AGAINST THOSE SAME CROOKED LANDLORDS, SHAMSUN BASHAR AND ABUL BASHAR. AS WELL AS OTHER LANDLORDS, THAT I HAVE ALSO EXPOSED THEM FOR PROTECTING. INCLUDING JOANNE CATINELLA, A RICH TORONTO LANDLORD, WHO SRAGA ALSO HELPED TO AVOID HAVING TO COMPLY WITH THE LAW. OR TO HAVE ANY KIND OF ACCOUNTABILITY, OR EVEN RESPECT, FOR THEIR OFFICE, IN REGARDS TO ACTING CORRUPT.
HERE ARE SOME NEW ACCUSATIONS, AGAINST BOTH TRACY COOK AND ALSO MARK SRAGA. AS WELL AS AGAINST THE TORONTO POLICE 11 DIVISION, WHO ARE ALSO BEHIND THOSE ACTIONS. THE TORONTO POLICE, FOR INSTANCE, IS ALSO INVOLVED IN A CONSPIRACY, WITH THOSE OTHER CITY OFFICIALS, TO CARRY OUT ATTACKS AGAINST ME, IN MY HOME. THOSE ATTACKS ALSO TAKE THE FORM OF EXTREME HARASSMENT, COMING FROM MY LANDLORDS, SUCH AS REFUSING TO CHARGE THEM FOR MISHCIEF, FOR DISRUPTING MY POWER, OVER THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS. ON THOSE OCCASIONS THE TORONTO POLICE 11 DIVISION WOULD ALSO ATTEND (WHICH I HAVE ALSO SAVED AS VIDEO EVIDENCE AGAINST BOTH THE POLICE AND ALSO MY LANDLORDS), AND SAY, "WELL, THE BREAKERS ARE ALL ON" YET I WOULD STILL BE WITHOUT ANY POWER. INCIDENTLY, THERE WERE POWER IN OTHER AREAS OF THE BUILDING, JUST NOT IN MY RENTAL UNIT. INCLUDING TODAY, AUGUST 27, 2015. THE POLICE ALSO WANTED TO AVOID ANY TALK OF THE LANDLORDS DIVERTING THE POWER, TO MY RENTAL UNIT, IN REGARDS TO THE MAIN ELECTRICAL OUTLET, THAT IS USUALLY ATTACHED TO THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY. THE POLICE ALSO NEVER THOUGHT THAT IT WAS UNUSUAL FOR ONLY ONE TENANT, TO NOT HAVE ANY ELECTRICITY, WHEN ALL OF THE OTHER TENANTS AND ALSO THE LANDLORDS, WHO ALSO LIVE AT THE PROPERTY, HAS FULL POWER. (I AM WRITING THIS ARTICLE, AWAY FROM MY HOME, WHICH HAS BEEN WITHOUT ANY POWER SINCE EARLY THIS MORNING). PREVIOUS TO THE POWER BEING OFF TODAY, IT WAS ALSO OFF ON AUGUST 23 AND ALSO ON AUGUST 15- 18TH. AS WELL, MY POWER WAS TURNED OFF FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS CONTINUALLY, IN JULY. FROM JULY 16-29TH. IT WAS ALSO TURNED OF SEVERAL TIMES IN JUNE, AND ALSO IN MAY AND PREVIOUS MONTHS BEFORE THAT.
(I believe that the Toronto police, as part of their ongoing harassment against me, has simply told the landlords to shut my power off, when they also feel like doing so. The police has also never taken any actions against them, prompting me to also file a discrimination complaint against the police, with the Human Rights Tribunal, as the matter is also race related. (I am of a different race than my landlords, whom the police has also treated differently, has far as enforcing the law against them, in this case).

they have aimed their personal attacks against me, using my lanlords,by cutting off my power or electricity, almost on a daily basis. Certainly, every week end, I also ended up without any power, in my home.
- ORCHESTRATED VIOLENCE AGAINST ME.
Mark Sraga, Tracy Cook and their by-law officers, as well as the police, are also being blamed for the increased in the violent attacks against me, by the property owners. In fact, the attacks against me, is so severe, that I have had to remain outside of my home, most of the time.
- ACTED IN A CONSPIRACY TO BRING ABOUT CHARGES AGAINST ME, OR BASICALLY TO FRAME ME UP. IN REGARDS TO THAT,
- I SIMPLY WENT TO THE COURT TO LAY MY OWN CHARGES, AGAINST THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED, FOR MY POWER BEING DISRUPTED, BY THE LANDLORDS. I AM CURRENTLY, ALSO, WITHOUT ANY POWER.
- THE ENSUING COVER-UP BY TORONTO'S CITY MANAGER, PETER WALLACE AND ALSO BY THE DEPUTY CITY MANAGER, JOHN LIVY.
IT TOOK SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS, ON MY PART, TO ELAINE HUNG, THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO JOHN LIVY, TO GET MARK SRAGA TO AGREE TO SEND ONE OF HIS BY-LAW OFFICERS, TO THE PROPERTY TO INVESTIGATE, THIS LATEST ATTACK, AGAINST ME.
I TOLD ELAING HUNG THAT MARK SRAGA WAS ALSO OVERSTEPPING HIS BOUNDARY, IN DECLARING THAT NO INVESTIGATION WILL BE CARRIED OUT, AND THAT I SHOULD ALSO CONTINUE TO REMAIN IN DARKNESS, MUCH TO HIS SATISFACTION. ON MY WAY DOWN TO THE COURT TO LAY SOME PRIVATE CHARGE, FOR THE DISRUPTION OF MY SERVICES, I ALSO MANAGED TO PICK UP SOME APPLICATIONS, FOR THE ONTARIO HUMAN RIGHTS TRIBUNAL, AGAINST THE TORONTO POLICE AND ALSO SURPRISINGLY, AGAINST THE MINISTER OF MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS AND HOUSING, WHICH IS TED McMeekin's
