SHE WOULD FREQUENTLY, SHUT HER NEIGHBOR'S, ELECTRICITY OFF, ALMOST DAILY, AS A MEANS OF, HARASSMENT.
HER NEIGHBOR, HAS ACCUSED, BOTH ROCHELLE "MICHELLE" SINGH, AND THE LANDLORDS, PUI YI WONG AND SUET WAN WONG, AKA, KEN WONG, OF STEALING, HER CATS. THE NEIGHBOR, ALSO, DESCRIBED, ROCHELLE SINGH AND PUI YI WONG, AKA, FANNY WONG, AS BEING AGENT PROVOCATEURS, FOR THE POLICE.
THIS IS WHAT SHE ALSO BELIEVED. AND THAT THEY ARE ALSO, PROTECTED, BY THE POLICE, AGAINST ANY CHARGES, LAID AGAINST EITHER OF THEM, BY THE POLICE.
THE LEVEL OF CRUELTY, THAT IT TOOK TO KILL, AN INNOCENT ANIMAL, A LITTLE KITTEN, BY CRUSHING ITS HEAD, SHOULD NOT GO UNPUNISHED. WHY THEN HAS THE POLICE, IGNORED THIS CRIME? THAT WAS CARRIED OUT, IN THAT ILLEGAL ROOMING HOUSE, AGAINST THE OWNER OF THE CATS?.
WHEN SHE HAD GONE TO THE POLICE STATION, TO LAY CRIMINAL CHARGES, FOR THE THEFT OF HER CATS, SHE SAID THAT SHE BELIEVED, THAT SHE WAS DELIBERATELY, BLOCKED, FROM DOING SO, BY THE POLICE AT THE TIME. SHE BELIEVED, THAT THE POLICE IS ALSO HIDING INFORMATION, ON WHO MAY HAVE KILLED HER KITTEN, BY CRUSHING ITS HEAD. SHE NOW WANTS TO LAY THE CHARGES PRIVATELY, AGAINST ALL OF THEM, WITH THE COURT, DIRECTLY. WHICH SHE HAD ALREADY PROCEEDED TO DO, AGAINST THE LANDLORD. THE COURT HAD ACCEPTED THE CHARGES, AGAINST PUI YI WONG, THE LANDLORD, AND THE ACCUSED AT THE TIME. BUT THE CONSPIRACY AND THEFT CHARGES, AGAINST THE LANDLORD, WHICH THE COURT ALSO ACCEPTED, SHOULD HAVE ALSO INCLUDED, ROCHELLE "MICHELLE" SINGH, AND SUET WAN WONG, AKA KEN WONG, AT THE TIME. AND THE COURT ALSO KNEW, THAT THE OWNER OF STOLEN CATS, WAS ALSO COMING BACK TO THE COURT, TO LAY CHARGES AGAINST THEM. IT WAS JUST THAT THERE WAS, INSUFFICIENT TIME AT THE COURT, THAT DID NOT ALLOW FOR ALL OF THE CHARGES, TO BE LAID AT ONE TIME . THE CONSPIRACY CHARGE, WAS THAT SHE, ROCHELLE "MICHELLE" SINGH, HAD ALSO CONSPIRED WITH THE OTHERS, TO STEAL HER CATS. ON THE DATE OF THE PRE-ENQUETTE HEARING, ON APRIL 24TH, THE OWNER OF THE CATS, THAT WERE STOLEN, WAS NOT ABLE TO NOT ATTEND, THE HEARING, ON THAT DAY, SO THE CHARGES HAS TO BE LAID AGAIN. BUT SHE ALSO BELIEVED, THAT THE NEIGHBOR, ROCHELLE "MICHELLE" SINGH, WAS ALSO AN ACCOMPLICE, WITH THE LANDLORDS, REGARDING HER STOLEN CATS. SHE ALSO BELIEVED, THAT THE OWNERS OF THE ILLEGAL BUILDING, SUET WAN WONG AKA KEN WONG AND PUI YI WONG, AKA FANNY WONG, HAD ALSO BRUTALLY, KILLED HER KITTEN, BY CRUSHING ITS HEAD. THIS WAS A RETALIATION, SHE BELIEVED, FOR THE OWNER OF THE KITTEN, REPORTING THEM, TO THE CITY OF MARKHAM, OVER THE ILLEGAL ROOMING HOUSE AND HAVING IT SHUT DOWN, BY THE CITY.
Rochelle Singh did not believed, that the landlords, Pui Yi Wong, aka fanny Wong, and Suet Wan Wong aka Ken Wong, should be penalized, if they also continued to operate the illegal rooming house, of which she is also a tenant. She said that Pui Yi Wong, should be given a break, since that was now her only source of income. Income that she was also not reporting to the CRA, since the Canada Revenue Agency, also knew nothing of her illegal rooming house, that was generating for her, the business income, that she was also hiding from the government. It is called tax evasion. And the home owners, both Suet Wan Wong aka Ken Wong and Pui Yi Wong, aka Fanny Wong, has been doing that for over 14 years, with their illegal rooming houses. At least two of them, which is alleged, to have generated for them, almost half a million dollars, in unreported business income, from their properties.
Rochelle Singh herself, also wanted her son to move back, into the illegal building. He was one of the tenants, who was ordered to move out of the illegal rooming house, by the City of Markham, in order to revert it back to its original condition of being a single family dwelling. Rochelle Singh was also angry with the neighbor, for reporting the illegal building, to the government and had it shut down. But it has also not really been shut down, because of the corruption, of the local city officials, who were involved in the investigation, such as bylaw officer, Peter Nicolaidis and fire inspector, Alex Freeman. Both of them had allowed its illegal operation for years, and have been accused of ignoring earlier complaints, about the owners. Even ignoring the report of a lack of smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector at the illegal building, from a report that was made, in July of 2021. They did nothing about that report and only acted to shut it down, by the new tenant and neighbor of Rochelle Singh, because of the pressure that she had to put on them, to do so.
At first before (and also since), the illegal rooming house, was ordered shut down by the City of Markham Fire Services, Rochelle "Michelle" Singh, lived in a single bedroom, with another roommate, (who has since left) where the landlord had turned her room, that was originally the master bedroom, into a self contained illegal apartment. With a kitchen and kitchen sized fridge and other major appliances, including a dish washer and also possibly a range, but at least two microwave ovens, toasters and other gadgets, that she also used to disrupt her neighbor's power, because they had also shared the same breakers in the house. She also kept the harassment up daily and made her neighbor's life unbearable.
Rochelle "Michelle" Singh, even went further than that in her hatred towards her neighbor. She also fabricated a story, with the landlord Pui Yi Wong, in order to get her neighbor evicted, that she had allegedly cut the landlord on her hand with a knife, but according to the landlord's statement, Rochelle Singh had told her that her "fingers were bleeding", otherwise it was a cut on her hand. The alleged cut on her hand, also happened back on November 19, 2022, which also happened to be on a day, that the alleged victim was also video recorded, as the tenant and neighbor of Rochelle Singh, was also helping her back into her wheelchair, with no cuts on her hand, nor was her fingers cut and bleeding. This was also an incident that the police had also previously investigated and concluded at the time, back in November, did not happened. But it was also now enough two months later, for the police and co conspirators, to charged the neighbor and thereby started a chain of events, that also led to the neighbor's cats being missing and dead, while she was under the order from the police, not to be in her home, at the time of the events.
Rochelle "Michelle" Singh, also began to sing like a bird, when the neighbor had showed up with the police, to look about her cats. She told the police and her former neighbor, that her cats were taken by animal services and she told them the exact number of the cats that were taken, minus the four missing cats. She had previously kept quiet, when the neighbor had also returned earlier on a previous day, with the police, to look about her cats and after they had also issued the court order against her, to not be in her home after her arrest by the police, but this day she was talkative and was saying a lot, without being asked any questions. To the neighbor who also knew her well, her actions seem deliberate, as if to agitate her, by giving her the bad news about her cats, and directly coming from her. Knowing how secretive, Rochelle Singh was, the neighbor also wondered about her motive, at the time. She has always acted as untouchable, concerning her illegal actions. Since both of them also knew, that the police was also backing her actions and protecting her, while she acted for them, the neighbor believed, against her.
The former neighbor also believed that Rochelle "Michelle" Singh, knew who killed the kitten, by crushing its head. Rochelle Singh knew that the animal welfare workers, were bitten and scratched, by the neighbor's cats, while they were being taken out of the home. She also knew that the landlords, Pui Yi Wong aka Fanny Wong and Suet Wan Wong, aka Ken Wong, also hated the tenant who had given them a hard time, when she had also reported them to the authorities, over their illegal rooming house. She herself disliked the same neighbor and cared nothing about her or about her cats. She also knew that the neighbor, did not have access to get inside of the house, having no keys of her own and had to rely on the police to get into her home, almost daily. Even up to the time of the chain of events, concerning her cats. She had no keys for the home that she was also renting, thanks to the landlords. Rochelle Singh knew all of this and more. She knew exactly what happened, regarding her neighbor's cats and was willing to divulged some of the information, but not all. She did not divulged the role, that she has also played, in regards to the conspiracy, theft and other crimes, involving her neighbor's cats, or of the events, that she herself was a part of, that led up to those chain of events.
