The Conspiracy Of The Divisional, And Registrar, To Block Appeal, On A...

EXPOSING, THE CORRUPT, DIVISIONAL COURT JUDGE, WENDY MATHESON.

CAN SHE EXPLAIN, WHY OTHER APPELLANTS, HAVE BEEN ABLE TO APPEAL, A DECISION, FROM THE ANIMAL CARE REVIEW BOARD, WHILE SHE HAS BLOCKED, MY APPEAL, IN THE DIVISIONAL COURT?

THE CORRUPTION, ALSO, INCLUDES, THE REGISTRAR, OF THE DIVISIONAL COURT, TASHEKAH GENTLES. (Tashekah Gentles, know the procedure of the court, yet brought my Notice of Appeal, to the judge, so that she could block my appeal, from the ACRB, in the court).

SEE THE PROOF, OF THE LAWYER, DOUGLAS LEE'S, EMAIL, TO THE DIVISIONAL COURT, TO BLOCK MY APPEAL AND THE RESPONSE, FROM THE DIVISIONAL COURT'S JUDGE, WENDY MATHESON AND THE CLERK, TAYLOR, MCIVER, IN BLOCKING MY APPEAL.

The Conspiracy of The Divisional Court And Registrar, To Block My Appeal, On A Constitutional Question.
I am exposing he corrupt Ontario judge, Wendy Matheson, of the Divisional court, in Toronto, who has blocked my appeal, to the Divisional court, from the ACRB, (Animal Care Review Board), on the advice of the respondent's lawyer, Douglas Lee, who sent a letter to the divisional court and the registrar, Tashekah Gentles, to try to sway the court, in refusing my appeal and to get me to file a judicial review, of the board's order instead. This judge, Wendy Matheson, is always interfering, with my matters in the divisional court, without them getting an opportunity, to be heard by the panel, which hears appeals, to the divisional court. Tashekah Gentles, the registrar of the div. ct. as soon as she had received the email, from the lawyer, Douglas Lee, then sent it to the judge, for directions. Her directions, in the responding email (I have posted all of those emails, on my blog called, "Canada Human Rights Abuse is Exposed. The Truth is Revealed"), for the public to see the level of corruption involved and the evidence, of the targeting, that I am facing from the Divisional court and all Canadian courts. This is the role of the Divisional Court: Divisional Court | Superior Court of Justice Ontario Courts https://www.ontariocourts.ca › scj › divisional-court The Divisional Court hears statutory appeals from administrative tribunals in the province, and is the primary forum for judicial review of government action in ... SO WHY IS THE DIVISIONAL COURT, BLOCKING MY APPEAL, IN THAT COURT, FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBINAL, THE ACRB, OR THE ANIMAL CARE REVIEW BOARD? Here is what the actual statute says, of an appeal from a board, or tribunal: Statutory Powers Procedure Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22 Appeal operates as stay, exception 25. (1) An appeal from a decision of a tribunal to a court or other appellate body operates as a stay in the matter unless, (a) another Act or a regulation that applies to the proceeding expressly provides to the contrary; or (b) the tribunal or the court or other appellate body orders otherwise. 1997, c. 23, s. 13 (21). Idem (2) An application for judicial review under the Judicial Review Procedure Act, or the bringing of proceedings specified in subsection 2 (1) of that Act is not an appeal within the meaning of subsection (1). R.S.O. 1990, c. S.22, s. 25 (2). What about the other appeals from the ACRB, to the Divisional court, that was allowed to proceed in the Divisional court, such as Ishenko v ACRB, which later ended up in the court of appeal (Note, a case cannot get to the court of appeal, without first being appealed from the lower court, such as the divisional court, or the commercial court, e.t.c.). Ishenko's appeal, started with the divisional court, from the same board, that also heard my current appeals. Both the Ishenko' appeal and my appeal, has to do with the orders, from the ACRB, (the Animal Care Review Board), concerning, our animals, and our rights as the legal owners, of the animals, that the board had made an order against. The only way to fight a board, or tribunal's decision, is through the court. Starting with the divisional court. It is the mandate of the divisional court, to hear appeals also from a board or a tribunal. So why is the same court, blocking my appeal, in the divisional court? Why is this corrupt judge, Wendy Matheson, targeting me and subjecting me to unfair treatment and discrimination, in the divisional court, located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Do you see now, why she needs to go before the judicial council?. And also to be charged, under the Rome Statute, for human rights abuse, specifically, for Cruel and Unusual Treatment and for carrying out Crimes Against Humanity, in regards to me.
